Runs March 5th to March 28th with two classes presented each week: Tues/Thurs. 

Participants are expected to attend all eight sessions.

Learn and practice memory strategies that you can use every day. This  four-week education series explores topics related to aging and the  brain, including lifestyle factors that promote brain health. This  program is not suitable for those diagnosed with cognitive impairment or  dementia.

Technical requirement:

  • You need Internet access and a device (computer, tablet, smartphone) for this program
  • Your computer/device microphone and video must be turned on during class sessions

Presented in partnership with occupational therapists, dietitians,  and pharmacists from the Burlington Family Health Team and Caroline  Family Health Team.
