Join Burlington Family Health Team Physiotherapist and Team Lead, Anne Svetik-Jones, as she explores a variety of back conditions - including how they are diagnosed and treated. Information and resources on how to optimize back health through exercise and local programming will be provided to participants. After the talk, spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk.
