Join  us for an informative session on the importance of exercise for  optimizing balance and mobility. Join Jessica Lammers, physiotherapist  from the Burlington Family Health Team, as she discusses the benefits of  exercise for optimizing and maintaining your balance. Watch and learn  as Jessica demonstrates different types of exercise that are beneficial  for maintaining your balance. Participants will learn about the many  fantastic balance programs across the city. Following the presentation,  participants will spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk,  where participants will have the opportunity to ask any questions about  balance and exercise.
