Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program

The  BFHT Pulmonary Rehabilitation program runs twice per week for eight  weeks. This program helps people with lung disease live and breathe  better. You will learn breathing techniques, energy conservation, good  nutrition and ways to improve your mental health among other things.  Each session includes exercise which builds as the program progresses to  help encourage improved strength and endurance and gain a better ability to manage your health
