Learn & practice everyday memory strategies

LIVE on ZOOM / Runs Oct 11 to Nov 3; Two classes are presented each  week and participants are expected to attend all 8 sessions.

This 4-week education series explores topics related to aging and the  brain, including lifestyle factors that promote brain health. Learn and  practice memory strategies that you can use every day. This program is not suitable for those diagnosed with cognitive impairment or dementia.

Presented in partnership with Burlington Family Health Team and Caroline Family Health Team

You need Internet access and a computer or device for this program.  Registered participants can borrow a Chromebook to take home for a  4-week period. Internet access is available free at the library.

If you would like to borrow a Chromebook for this program, you will need to provide your library card number when you register.

Attending Online

Registration closes 60 minutes before the program begins. You will  receive Zoom details by email when you register. You can access Zoom on  your computer or device.
