LIVE on ZOOM / Runs Sept 10 to Oct 3; Two classes are presented each week.
We ask that participants attend all 8 sessions as each session builds upon the next.
This 4-week education series explores topics related to aging and the brain, including lifestyle factors that promote brain health. Learn and practice memory strategies that you can use every day.
The goals of the program include:
• Understanding brain function, types of memory, and what memory changes are normal with aging
• Learning lifestyle measures to maintain brain health
• Identifying and implementing strategies for managing memory changes
This program is not suitable for those diagnosed with cognitive impairment or dementia.

Technical requirements: -Internet access and a computer or device for this program.
-Computer/device with microphone and video must be turned on during class sessions.
