Technical requirement:
- You need Internet access and a computer and device for this program
- Your computer/device microphone and video must be turned on during class sessions
Presented in partnership with Occupational Therapists, Dietitians,  and Pharmacists from the Burlington Family Health Team and Caroline  Family Health Team.
